We all have experienced REGRET at some point or another in our lives. Regret is a killer that will not only rob us of the present moment, but will hold us hostage and make us feel unlovable. God does not judge us. So ask yourself this question: Why are you judging yourself for what you did or did not do in the past? Regret will not change the past. It will only keep you a prisoner of the past. When you wallow in judgment, you keep yourself stuck. Instead, commit to learning the lesson because when you don’t, you tend to repeat more of the past in your future. All lessons are repeated until fully learned. You hold the lock and key to your future. The best way to handle regret is by:

1) Taking responsibility for your actions. Own them.

2) Learning and integrating the lessons so that you’re able to move on.

3) Making amends.

4) Forgiving yourself for judging yourself as unworthy and unlovable because God’s grace is enough and He loves you unconditionally.

YOUR PAST DOES NOT HAVE TO DETERMINE YOUR FUTURE. Choose to set yourself free!
