During these trying times, you need to recognize that you’re not the only one experiencing heightened emotions. Everyone is. You need to come to terms that expressing yourself is normal and “allowed”. We have been created with a whole range of emotions. Embrace and honor your feelings because if you don’t, you’ll either take it out on those around you or engage in unhealthy behaviors. Remember the following:

Please tell people you’re struggling.
Don’t suffer in silence. Tell someone. Get help.
It’s okay to need help.
The world is more beautiful because you’re in it.
You’re worth it.
You’re a good person.
